Just ran into the same issue when updating Zorro from 2.50 to 2.53. Looks like a false positive from Microsoft Defender. Apparently, the installer is "infected" with Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl as per security audit report.

If you're not using any third-party AV software, search for "Virus & Threat protection" > Manage settings > Switch "Real-time protection" toggle to off. Install Zorro and turn it on again. It won't affect running Zorro instances anymore.
