What would be the recommended way to set up Zorro connection to an IB Gateway running on a different computer?
SET_SERVER is only in the form of ' Port Nr' (but not IP:port nr) The Server field in the Accounts.csv is also seemingly to only specify a port, rather than the full ip:port pair.
