Updated demo release available now:

- Frame rate was not limited to 100 fps
- Sound Volume was not set correctly after game start
- wrong AI behavior after knockdown
- Camera jerked when position change / teleport occured
- AI caused empty pointer messages with high framerates
- Version information added
- Structure changed for smaller future updates.
