[Model] and [Project] would be a good thing. We got a couple of moderators moderating SC1 and SC2, so I don't think we need more moderators for Showcase forums.
How about if I put my post below ROMAC's
thread (unlocking/locking topic, of course)?:

This is to say that users can read two posts in a sticky thread instead of two sticky threads before posting.
